Job Title – SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE / SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (Job Ref. – SB-01)

Desired candidate Profile: Any graduate / post graduate with 4-5 years freight sales experience from Indian and MNC freight forwarding companies with a proven track record in generating new business and implementing the marketing strategies, servicing existing clientele effectively and efficiently, maintaining an e- database of clientele. Local FF market knowledge is very essential. The ideal candidate should have a go getter attitude with excellent communication skills in English & Tamil. Successful candidate should have excellent customer service and analytical skills. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Power Point) & Internet.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for Business Development in the branch.
  • Identify new potential clients, negotiate the rates and finalize the business and Customer Retention.
  • Achieve the assigned sales targets by the Management.
  • Coordinate with the operations and other departments to ensure smooth business flow.
  • Maintaining the financial discipline through prompt payments from the clients as per the company policies and practices.
  • Provide the valuable inputs in order to formulate the Business strategy formulation for various clients and Market Expansion Strategies.
  • Closely observe the competitors’ activities and giving feedback for developing the Marketing Strategies.
  • Actively participate in Designing, Planning and organizing various Sales promotional activities for the firm.
Job Title – OPERATIONS & DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE (Job Ref – SB-02)

Desired Candidate Profile: Any graduate with 4-5 years Sea, Air and Road Freight Operations & Documentation experience from reputed Indian and MNC freight forwarding companies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination skills and interpersonal skills. The job holder should possess excellent communication skills in English & Tamil and to be willing to work under pressure. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Power Point) & Internet.

Job Description:

  • Carry out all relevant Operational and Documentation activities for the company.
  • Properly coordinate with shipping forwarders and various links to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Ensure proper filing system is maintained for all activities and coordinate perfectly with other departments of the firm to make sure smooth business operations.

Job Title – Front Office Executive (Job Ref – SB-03)

Desired Candidate Profile: Any graduate with excellent oral/written communication skills in English, Tamil & Hindi and pleasing personality. Ideal Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office (MS word, Excel & PowerPoint) & Internet.  Successful candidate should be able to do multi-tasking and to have willingness to work well under pressure. Good social and interpersonal skills are required. Work experience in shipping companies will be an added advantage. Female candidates are preferred.

Job Description:

  • Manage all Front Desk Operations; interact with the clients and to handle the service requests and queries.
  • Delegate the client’s requests to the appropriate employee in the company to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Courier Dispatching with proper track, Maintaining the file system, Faxing and Sending emails to various locations on a timely manner, Preparation of relevant documents, Coordination and ordering of Corporate identities and office stationeries, Distribution inward documents received, Payment of bills, Booking Services for the company, Monitoring of Utilities and Furniture Maintenance..etc.
